Solicitation will include a quantity option for increase up to 100%. FOB Origin. Delivery location will be 37 EA to Tracy, Cal. This is a Critical Application. Origin inspection required. The government does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This solicitation will be used on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition. 10 USC 2304(c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1).
