Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to GE Smallworld, 5600 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., Englewood, CO 80111 for the following software license: 1 ea. GSI Developer with System Access including annual maintenance and support. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that this is proprietary software and GE Smallworld is the sole and exclusive distributor. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
