Description

This project consists of removing and replacing existing carpet tile, cove base, and edging for U.S Probation Office located at the Earle Cabell Federal Building, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas. This solicitation is being issued using commercial items. Award will be based on "Best Value" to the Government. Evaluation Factors include: Past Performance and Price. Offerors are to include a minimum of 3 references similar to the size and scope of this project. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically, only. Interested vendors may access the solicitation at www.eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation. Solicitation is scheduled to be released on or about 10/2/01.
