An Amendment to this AO 01-OSS-04 will be released to replace wording in Section 6.7.2 for Export Control Guidelines Applicable to Foreign Proposals and Proposals Including Foreign Participation. This Amendment will be available on or about October 5, 2001, via the World Wide Web site http://spacescience.nasa.gov/ , link through "Research Solicitations." Proposals are due December 5, 2001.
