Description

Market Research Sources Sought -- The 45th Space Wing is performing market research (FAR Subpart10 (a)(3)(v)) and is seeking sources capable of providing products and services that contain recycled content items as designated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) and the Recovered Materials Advisory Notices (RMAN). In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13101, Greening the Government Through Waste Prevention, Recycling and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires Federal agencies to purchase environmentally preferable products where possible. This program is known as Affirmative Procurement. Respondents should provide information regarding their firm's capability and product or service literature containing adequate information to allow an analysis of the product or services suitability to satisfy these requirements not later than 45 days after the date of this notice. All respondents must include telephone number, zip and NAICS codes. Information may be e-mailed to alice.anderson@patrick.af.mil or faxed to 321-494-5599. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any costs incurred as a result of this response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
