Description

Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA. 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Network Business Systems, 1577 C. Street, Suite 205, Anchorage, AK 99501 under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. For CLIN 0001 Voucher Purchase for 117 days of Technical Training to include the following courses: ? All Comp TIA classes ( A+, N+) ? All Microsoft Development Classes ( 1009,1013, 1015, 1016, 1017, 1303, 1587, 1912, ) ? All Microsoft Windows 2000 classes ( 1560, 1561, 1562, 1572, 2010, 2071, 2072, 2073, 2150, 2151, 2152, 2153, 2154, 2159, 2295, 2301) ? Novell Classes ( 560, 570,780, 781, etc ) ? Oracle Fundamentals ? Oracle 8I: SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL plus ? Oracle Architecture & Administration ? Cold Fusion Lv1, 2 & 3 ? Linux Workstation ? Linux Server ? Linux Advanced Server Cisco ( CCNA, CCNP and Cisco Prep classes) This request is considered to be sole source to Network Business Systems therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. All price quotations shall be submitted to Jill Reed, not later than 4:00 P.M., PST, October 10, 2001. Price quotations may be sent via either facsimile to (360) 782-2026 or by email to jill.reed@gsa.gov. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored. Numbered Note 1 & 22 applies.
