The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery Order(s) against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement with EBSCO SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES through an Interagency agreement for the obtaining of Books and Periodicals by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These books and periodicals will be obtained through September 30, 2002. These Books and Periodicals will be obtained by EBSCO SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. No solicitation document exists and no responses are anticipated.
