Description

The work includes inspecting & maintaining the heating and providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain the system in good efficient operating condition at the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center, Columbus, Ohio. The base performance period is 12-months, plus four 12-month option periods to be exercised at Government's discretion. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offers: Past Performance and Performance Narrative. These technical factors when combined are equal in value to the price.
