Description

The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Mediacom, Gulf Breeze, FL for cable TV service for NAS Pensacola Regional Activity for the period Oct 1, 2001 through Sept 30, 2002. Vendors believing they can provide these products and services may submit a written response within 10 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except 10 days vice 45 days response time.
