Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 25,010 rentable square feet yielding 21,748 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Tampa, Florida. Space must be on the second floor or above and located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the Westshore District of Tampa, Florida within the following delineated areas: WEST: Memorial Highway, SOUTH: SR 60 (aka Kennedy Boulevard), NORTH: Spruce Street and Boy Scout Road, EAST: Dale Mabry Highway. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on August 31, 2002. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: Eighty-eight (88) inside, secured, reserved parking spaces are required. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. Additionally, offeror must provide a one-time 5 year option if the Government remains for entire 10 years.
