- NAICS: 541310, Architectural services. Perform engineering studies (seismic, mechanical and electrical serviceability, hazardous materials, life safety, ADA accessibility), prepare schematic design, contract documents, technical specifications and detailed cost estimates associated with the design of this project. The project shall consist of renovating an existing 30 year old, two story concrete, 23,000 SF building. The project will convert existing barracks to offices, complete with site work, utility connections, adding windows, mechanical and electrical systems. Special emphasis will be placed on seismic up-grades, structural modifications, physical security and telecommunication systems. The Estimated Construction Contract Price range is between $3,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit SF 255, including organizational chart of key personnel to be assigned to this project, current SF 254 and consultants current SF 254?s not later than the close of business 9 Nov 01. (3) Capacity and capability of firm to accomplish work in the required time. (4) Organization and management. (5) Past record of performance with Government and private clients. (6) Proximity to the project site. (7) Volume of Government work previously awarded to the firm in the past three years. (8) Experience in using recycled materials. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
