Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0110-195460 is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The requirement is for Bell 212 spare parts for the Narcotics Affairs Section, U.S. Embassy, Bogota, Colombia. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.246-15 Certificate of Conformance. Note: The wording on the Certificate of Conformance must comply exactly with the language in the clause. Discrepancies in wording or failure to submit the certificate will result in delay of acceptance of material and payment of invoice. No additional FAR clauses apply. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the period of one year. Guaranteed minimum order for the contract year will be $500,000. The requirement is for "Original Equipment Manufacturer" (OEM) helicopter parts for the Bell 212. P/N 48088996-001 Plate Modification. P/N 41001728 Poppet valve. P/N 41002874 Guide. P/N 41004683 Lower Cylinder. P/N 41005497-101 Bypass Spool. P/N 41005496-101 Servo Spool. P/N 41000526 Bolt, Shoulder. P/N 41000527 Bolt. P/N 205-705-001-101 Airframe Modification Kit. P/N 205-705-001-107 Dynamics Modification Kit. P/N 205-705-001-109 Dynamics Modification Kit. P/N 205-705-001-111 Aft Section Modification Kit. P/N 205-540-009-103 Transmission Modification Kit. All parts listed above must be certified as OEM parts. Offerors shall state their standard warranty in their response. Delivery will be to Robertson Freight Forwarding, 4469 NW 97th Ave. Miami, FL 33178. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Colombia without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Price should be FOB destination Miami. Actual orders under the IDIQ contract shall be made by individually funded delivery orders.
