Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Hatch & Kirk Inc.(55380) NSNs are available for download under the "Acquisition download" menu item on the DSCC InterNet Bid Board System(DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations". Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. FSCs to be covered under this project include:2815,2910,2930,2990,3010,3020,3040,4320,4620,4710,4720 4730 and 4820. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s):9,12,23 and 26. This solicitation is available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfq. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Please do not forget to return the completed Section B information by disk and the completed RFP to the DSCC bid room by the closing date. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2815,2930,2990,3010,3020,3040,4320,4620,4710,4720,4730 and 4820. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaion. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received wll be considered by the agency.
