Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2(a), 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.204-7004. Inserts for 52.212-2(a) technical, past performance, and price. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions. Line Item 0004 -- (EXMPI550700- 500M) Exceed Maintenance 750 (Qty). Line Item 0005 -- (MAMPI665700-500M) NFS Maestro Solo Maintenance 750 (Qty).
