Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of one minivan to be exported to Mexico. This procurement is a small business set aside and a solicitation. No additional information will be sent out. The minivan required is as follows:automatic transmission, capable of transporting up to seven people with luggage or small boxes, capability of back seat removal for additional space, air conditioning, air bags, 8 cylinder unleaded gasoline engine with 4X4 drive, white or very light in exterior color with coordinating interior color. User will accept either a 2001 or 2002 year model, as long as the vehicle is brand new. Roads in country are sometimes rough, so provide the alternative of on/off road tires in addition to an offer of regular tires. Vehicle may be used at altitudes above 10,000 ft, so please make an offer on any option features in addition to the basic vehicle requested, which may be useful to have on the vehicle at those altitudes. These options are not required, just requested pricing, if available for the vehicle. These options may or may not be selected by the User. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government, to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government. For those offers meeting all technical specifications listed herein, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor for consideration, but the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Total price quoted must be FOB price to Miami, FL.
