Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: On-site hardware maintenance on Kodak Color Printers -- (3) each Model 8600PS; (10) each Model 8650PS; (7) each Model 8650DS; (1) each Model 8670B; (1) each Model XL7720; (8) each Model XLS8600. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items apply. Also, include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212.3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Items pertain.
