Description
1. The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of personal fied gear items of equipment to be exported to Bangkok. This procurement is a small business set aside and a solicitation. No additional information will be sent out. The equipment required is as follows: 24 ea. fanny pack #C-TE108 or equal. Fanny pack style pistol holsters: Must be compatible to fit a medium/large frame automatic (Sig 228 or Glock 19) in a quick access hidden compartment. Must be made of high quality cordura nylon (no leather). Must have at least a one year extended warranty. 30 ea. Multipurpose Tools or equal; specifications: Must be made of high carbon stainless steel and measure 4.5" collapsed and weight 8 oz. Must contain plier, 3 straight head screwdrivers, 1 cross head driver, and/bottle opener, utility blade, droppoint blade, serrated blade, scale, wire cutter, lanyard ring and beedlenose pliers. Must also come with a ballistic nylon sheath. 24 ea. Gore-Tex Rain Jackets & Pants or equal; Specifications: Must be light weight and flexible (NOT INSULATED) for use in tropical climate. Size will be provided at time of purchase using specific vendor size chart. Must have at least a one year warrantly and be Black in color. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government, to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government. For those offers meeting all technial specifications listed herein, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor in consideration, but the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Vendors should estimate shipping costs via US Mail plus insurance directly to the American Embassy Bangkok, Thailand.
