Description

This is a combined synopsi/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this RFQ which will be considered. Synopsis/solicitation 583-27-02 is being issued as Request for Quote(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513322. The service is for appproximately 50 dual mode analog/digital phones. Digital only services DO NOT provide coverage into all areas of Indiana. Requirements are that we must have dual mode service(analog/digital). Services plans should include 200 minutues per month per phone, pooled for all 50 phones. Service to include voice mail and detailed billing. Plan should also include free cell phones at start-up, free replacements cell phones, batteries, charger/adapter, wall receptacle charger and carrying case. Also, no roaming or long distances charges with this plan. This award will be based on best value. Technical capability is signicantly more important than price. See Numbered Note 26
