Militrry Sealift Command is soliciting proposals for ROH/DRYDOCKING of USNS HAYES (T-AGS 195). Performance of this work is restricted to the East and Gulf coasts of the United States. The successful offeror is required to possess a valid Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) with NAVSEA. Requests for solicitations must be faxed to the attention of Frank Jackson, at (757) 417-4606 or emailed to the address below. Specifications to be issued on or about 30 October 01. 2. The overhaul is scheduled from 15 APRIL 02 to 25 MAY 02. 3. The ship check is scheduled for 30 NOVEMBER 01 at Port Canaveral FL.
