Description

Synopsis: This requirement is to obtain an IDIQ contract with the OEM of the LANTIRN system, Lockheed Martin for engineering services, data, travel, per diem and material. This contract will establish firm fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and time-and material rates for a five year contract. This requirement will provide for engineering services related to post-production support in the areas of system/program management support, engineering support, and reliability and maintainability support. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 05 Nov 2001 with an approximate response date of 05 Dec 2001. Justification: The proposed contract action for supplies or services required are available from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
