DTIC Annual Users Meeting and Training Conference "From Information Delivery to Knowledge Management" Rockville, MD Monday, October 29, 2001 This event consists of a Conference and an Exposition of 40-50 vendors. The Conference is given by DTIC and is being held October 28 through November 1 at the Rockville Doubletree Hotel. The vendor exhibits will complement the conference topics. On the first day there will be specific time set aside for government attendees to participate in the Exhibit portion of the Conference. A wide variety of outstanding speakers and exhibits will be brought together to bring DTIC up-to-date on the latest developments in information technology. The conference theme this year is addressing various information sources and changing technologies relevant to those involved in the Defense, Research and Acquisition communities. Users will also learn what is happening within DoD and what the leaders in their respective fields have to say about new tools, techniques and how security issues are being addressed. DTIC staff members will brief DoD users on new and enhanced services and demonstrate new products available for their use. Conference Attendees: Personnel from DTIC HQ, Regional DTIC offices and military personnel from throughout the country
