NOTIFICATION: Effective immediately, October 4, 2001, any potential bidder responding to Solicitation 01SI202163B is hereby notified of the following: The NBC site is nonoperational. The site is not expected to be operational again prior to November 1, 2001. Therefore, all Amendments will be mailed to potential bidders that were currently registered on the Bidder's Mailing List as of September 26, 2001. For potential bidders who registered after September 26, 2001, and ALL other potential bidders interested in this acquisition, please fax your request to the following: Bureau of Reclamation 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815 Attn: Kathy Kurtz Sacramento, California 95825 Fax Number: (916) 978-5175 Phone: (916) 978-5139 As a result of the NBC Site being nonoperational, ALL future Amendments will be mailed until further notice. In addition, the bid opening date is hereby extended to October 26, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. local time by way of Amendment 0009. Amendment 0009 will be mailed out October 5, 2001.
