Description

Work consists of removing approximately 1,500,000 cubic yards of material from Wilmington Harbor (Ocean Bar), New Hanover County, NC and Morehead City Harbor (Ocean Bar), Carteret County, NC. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS for this solicitation will be on CD-ROM and will be provided FREE OF CHARGE AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. Currently scheduled issue date is 9 November 2001. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy form. Amendments will be made through either a 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, or hard paper copy. All Bid Forms, Bid Bonds, and other normal documents required for bid submittal SHALL BE IN PAPER MEDIUM. Electronic medium for bid submittal SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.
