Description

The 1st Contracting Squadron, 1 CONS/LGCA, Langley AFB, VA intends to award a purchase order with a basic one year period and four option years to pump and clean 14 oil water separator tanks located at Langley AFB, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562219 with a size standard of $10,000,000 annually. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small business. A brief description of this requirement includes annual pumping and cleaning of 14 oil water separator tanks, quarterly pumping and cleaning (skimming) subject tanks, emergency pumping, disposal of off-specification oil and conducting quarterly sampling requirements of the subject tanks. The cost is to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to collect, transport and dispose of non-hazardous waste in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. This acquisition will be accomplished as a commercial purchase in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 15. The Government will issue a purchase order to pump and clean the oil water separator tanks. All responsible contractors may submit a proposal for consideration by the Air Force. Offerors will be evaluated using a Past Performance Price Trade-off. (PPT)=20 Interested parties may download the solicitation from www.eps.gov. Subject solicitation is expected to be posted on or about 12 Oct 01. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. Offers shall be submitted via paper copy. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any purchase order resulting from the solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
