Description

Z -- This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Estimated cost of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code assigned is 234990 with a Size Standard of $17,500,000,00. Construction completion is 110 calendar days. Project consists of Maintenance Dredging, Rhodes Point to Tylerton and Twitch Cove/Big Thorofare River. The proposed action will require the removal of approximately 210,000 cubic yards of dredged material from the Federal navigation channels in Smith Island, Somerset County, Maryland. Riprap will be placed at two locations to contain the dredged material. The placement sites will be vegetated to provide a beneficial marsh. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS.
