A firm fixed price type contra ct is contemplated for one year, plus four one-year options for all CLINs. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN 4810-00-0 33-9193TP, P/N: 11983, Noun: Air Canopy Seal Regulator, Application: F-15/T -38 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year- 24 each. Option I- 20 each, Option II- 20 ea ch, Option III- 20 each, Option IV- 20 each. CLIN 0002: NSN 4810-00-050-809 6TP, P/N: 403-00-5, Noun: Solenoid Valve, Application: F-15/T-38 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year- 47 each. Option I- 36 each, Option II- 35 each, Option III -- 36 each, Option IV- 36 each. CLIN 0003: NSN 4810-00-202-5339TP, P/N: 396-00-3, Noun: Cabin Air Safety Valve, Application: F-15/T-38 Aircraft, Qty: B asic year- 56 each. Option I- 29 each, Option II- 28 each, Option III- 27 e ach, Option IV- 29 each. CLIN 0004: NSN 4810-00-003-1821TP, P/N: 131100, N oun: Air Canopy Seal Regulator, Application: F-15/T-38 Aircraft, Qty: Basic year- 8 each. Option I- 8 each, Option II- 8 each, Option III- 8 each, Opt ion IV- 8 each. CLIN 0005- Over and Above, as required. CLIN 0006- Data an d Reports IAW DD Form 1423. This solicitation is to obtain requirements ty pe repair/overhaul contract with 100% contractor furnished material. The a pproximate issue/response date will be 30 Nov 02. Deliveries are to be at a rate as follows: CLIN 0001-0004: 2 each 30 days ARO and reps. No telephon e requests. Only written faxed requests received directly from the requesto r are acceptable. A ll responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation w hich shall be considered. Qualification requirements: Sources must be quali fied prior to being considered for award. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit an d negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authori ty of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabil ity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of inten t is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals receiv ed within forty-five days (30 days if award is issued under an existing bas ic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be c onsidered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compe te this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely wit hin the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a comp etitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/se rvice, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
