Description

Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Litton Special Devices, cage code 1K426, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for the purchase of 8 each Deroll Amplifiers, NSN 5996-01-398-2147AY, Part # 87200000-02, applicable to the LANTIRN Program. The required delivery schedule is 30 Apr 2002. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources.
