Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to establish a Mid-Level Manager Development Program to provide first-line supervisors with the management skills necessary for assuming mid-level management positions within the agency. This will be an ongoing program for approximately 30 participants per session. Each session is envisioned to be of 12 to 18 months duration, including a one-week residential component at the beginning followed by developmental assignments. RFP CS-02-009 will be available not less than 30 days after publication of this notice.
