DESC: NSN 2815-01-440-4426, Kit, Retrofit Used to convert MEP16 A&C to 7 HP diesel engine . IAW with drawing NR 19207 11671235. Request for drawings should include the RFP number, closing date, buyer name and number. Drawings are available at the web site listed below. Do not call buyer for copies of the solicitation or drawings, this will be obtained off the web. Qty 20 each to be delivered to Tracy, Ca, 45 to be delivered to New Cumberland, Pa . Delivery 70 days after date of award. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 07 Nov 2001 (issue date) from http://dibbs.dscccols.com A written quote is required. This is not a small business set-aside procurement. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered Note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance as described in this solicitation.
