Description

MODIFICATION: This action was originally publicized in the CBD on 27 Feb 2001, submission number 50E7M7. The following changes apply: (1) NSN 3010-01-227-5862, CAGE 53711 or 80212, Part Number 5433196, increase the total quantity by 2 from 13 to 15 each (2) 7 magnetic drive assemblies are to be delivered to MCLB, Albany, GA and 8 for delivery to MCLB, Barstow, CA. (3) AMC/AMSC code for this procurement is change from 2Q to 3Q, only one authorized source, Cage 80212, UDLP, the Amphibious Assault Vehicle, End Item Manufacturer. (4) The successful contractor is required to provide MCLB, Albany with their proposal, adequate performance test data, measurements, standards for Evaluation Purposes. Contractor determination of responsiveness to this solicitation depends upon this provision. (5) Solicitation number is change to reflect the RFP number identified above for the current fi scal year. (6) A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is based upon limited available sources, Cage 80212, and Cage 2G657, Ronal Industries Inc., Magnetic Drive Assembly Manufacturer. Procurement action changed to reflect conditions specified under the authority of FAR 6.302.
