Description

The 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Beckman Coulter, Inc., under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The procurement is for all supplies and consumables necessary to fulfill the test requirements on the Electra 1400c, Coagulation Laboratory Analyzer. A Statement of Work (SOW) applicable to this requirement is attached. The proposed period of performance is 15 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02. The proposed purchase order action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
