Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. he Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure Hardware Suppor for 8600PS, 8650PS, 8650DS, 8670B, XL7720, XLS8600 Kodak Color Printers (serial numbers will be given upon award), which includes On-ste visits Monday -- Friday 8:00am -- 5:00pm and Inspection fees. The for provision at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offereror-Commerical Items apply. Also, include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications Commerical Items. The FAR clauses 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items; and 52.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implemented Statutes or Executive Orders-Commerical Items pertain.
