Description

1. Military Sealift Command is soliciting quotes for Dockside Repairs to the port and starboard Anchor Windlass and Hose-pipe on the USNS WATERS (GS 195). 2. Performance of this work is restricted to the East Coast only of the United States. 3. The successful offeror is required to possess a valid Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA)with NAVSEA. 4. All requests for the solicitation package must be faxed to the above number in item 11, by 1500 hours on 15 October 2001. 5. Award is anticipated to be on or about 26 October 2001. The performance period for this repair is from 01 November to 20 November 2001. 6. The ship will NOT be available for a shipcheck. 7. The minimum water depth for the ship is 32 feet at all times.
