Description

Operation of Base Library is in support of Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The service will be for one base year and four option years. The NAIC Code is 514120. The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to provide Library services for Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri as defined in the Statement of Work. This requirement is solicited as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12, utilizing the Performance Price Tradeoff process. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be distributed on the FedBizOpps website, at the link below. No paper copies of the solicitation will be made available.
