Description

This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Total estimated amount is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor and equipment except that specified as Government-furnished, to provide janitorial services at the Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, DC, and satellite installations. The period of performance is 1 December 2001 through 30 September 2002 plus two option years. Offerors must submit a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The technical evaluation criteria will be established in the solicitation. Award will be based on the best technical proposal and not on the lowest price. SIC Code is 7349/NAICS code is 561720.
