- Description
- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract to provide paraprofessional Army Learning Center (ALC) operators to staff ALCs and provide services to soldiers using the ALCs for the period January 1 through December 31, 2002, with options for four additional years. This solicitation is open for full competition and all responsible sources may sbumit an offer. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
