Description

This is a Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to MD Consult, to provide the online clinical reference and current awareness resources subscription service. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes however, responses received on or before October 26, 2001 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and at a minimum include content resources and online media sources, brochures, company literature, plus a list of three references from similar facilities who are currently using your product.
