Description

Under 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, the following clauses are added: 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns and 52.219-9 Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Under 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, the following clause is added: 252.219-7003 Small, Small Disadvantaged and Woman-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan. All other clauses, provisions, and offer due date remain the same.
