Description

Single award term contract for period beginning March 1, 2002 and ending February 28, 2003 for the General Accounting Office. Production area, assumed 200-km (124-mile) radius of zero milestone Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Washington, DC. Approximately 10 orders per year for approximately 25 to 500 sets, with from 1 to 10 banks per set. Size: 229 x 279mm (includes 13mm lip) (9 x11" (includes lip)); an occasional order may be placed for 229 x 292mm (includes 13mm lip) (9 x 11 " (includes " lip). Requirements for tab positions shall range from cut to 1/10 cut. Dividers will print tabs face only or face and back, in black ink or a single ink color other than black. An occasional order may require specific tabs to print in one ink color with the balance of the tabs printing in black. Operations include film making, printing (face only and/or face and back; tab and/or body of divider, construction, drilling, laminating, binding, packing, and delivery. Bids offered are f.o.b. destination. Quality attributes level III. Bid opening anticipated in January 2002. Bid request on firm's letterhead.
