Description

SUMMARY OF WORK A. The Project consists of minor demolition, installing a touch-less automatic car wash, equal to the NU-STAR COMET II car wash system, and associated controls plumbing and electrical to provide a complete and working system. Standard Features shall include: 1. Machine mounted blower/dryer system. 2. High pressure wheel and undercarriage wash system. 3. Nozzle configuration will provide complete, overlapping coverage. 4. Activation stand with start button (no codes or service tracker). 5. Wax application. 6. Spot free rinse application. 7. New signs to indicate patron washing procedures and clearance height. B. Supply enough chemical, soap, and wax solutions to last 1,000 washes, approximately one month. C. Supply service of factory trained representative for a period of one day to supervise testing, start up and instruction on operation and maintenance to owner. Provide a training course necessary for communicating how to trouble shoot the installed automatic car wash system. Provide 4 (four) copies of owners manual to owner. Magnitude of project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Estimated issue date is November 14, 2001.
