Description

This is a combined synopis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued for Quotation (FRQ No. FAC-20). The solicitation clause and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. NIH-NIA, Gerontology Research Center, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Hopkins Bayview Campus, Baltimore, MD 21224 has a requirement for rental of sixty-six (66) additional parking spaces within commuting distance to the Gerontology Research Center. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commerical Items; along with the following additional FAR clauses, cited in clause 52.215-5; 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity; 52-222-35 Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; 52-222-37 Employment reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnma Er; 52.225-3 Buy American Act-supplies. The following provision also applies to this acquisition, 52-232-33 Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment.
