Procurement will be a SET-ASIDE FOR NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN/ALASKAN NATIVE OWNED FIRMS under the "BUY-INDIAN ACT", 25 USC 47. Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 USC 450e), which requires that the preference opportunities in employment and training be given to the Native American Indian/Alaskan Native individuals and that preference in award of Subcontracts be given to Native American Indian/Alaksan Native economic enterprises.
