THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SPO480-01-R-3906; YPG01199000593; NSN 2840-01-440-7755. A Letter RFP will be issued to sole source manufacturer, GEAE (99207) in anticipation of a delivery order against GE's current BOA. Part Number 5124T01G01. Quantity is 4,527 each plus 100% quantity option. Certified cost or pricing data required. Subcontracting Plan required. Delivery is FOB origin, 250 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance at origin required. Critical application item. Issue date of the RFP is 15 November 2001.
