Description

THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELLED AND REPLACED WITH THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Tektronix Inc., Beaverton, OR 97076, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The sole source award will be made to purchase the following new equipment and options: Tektronix AWG520 Arbitrary Waveform Generator, 1GS, 2C H, Quantity of one (1) each; Tektronix AWG520 03 Add Ch2 DB out, 10 Bit Chain 2 Data Generator, Quantity of one (1) each; Tektronix AWB520 IS Wavewriter Software, Quantity of one (1) each, in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. T he Tektronix AWB520 is the only waveform generator that meets the Government s frequency requirements and is compatible with existing Tektronix hardware and software. Tektronix has stated that they do not authorize their distributors to sell this piece o f equipment. Purchasing the unit from Tektronix is the only way to guarantee full continuous warranty from the date of shipment. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
