- Description
- ITO is currently the transparent electrode material of choice for display manufacturing on glass substrates. The desire to produce displays on plastic substrates dictates a need for an alternative material with greater ductility and the ability to be deposited in thin layers at low temperature, consistent with the limitations of plastic substrate materials. Suitable optical, electrical, chemical and other mechanical properties must also be achieved to allow patterning and target device performance.
