Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate with RSB Consulting, 20006 Yellow Leaf Terrace, Germantown, Md. 20878 for Assistance to the NIST Museum and History Program". Contractor shall have background knowledge in handling archival materials and of museum content coordination experience to assist the Museum Program in the Office of Information Services at NIST, this can be accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting From a Single Source. The contractor's project management skills with specialized background in archival, and laboratory research activities provides the experience in handling archival materials. There are no other known sources that could provide the assistance with the experience and knowledge that RSB Consulting can provide. Therefore, award will be made to RSB Consulting unless another contractor indicates their ability to provide such services by October 31, 2001. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order for a period of one year with two-year options. =20
