Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform an accounting and a financial and compliance audit of all the activities related to the management of the Cochran Gardens Development and all related business enterprises and accounts. The requested services shall conform to the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984 and OMB Circular A-133. Solicitation documents are available for pick up from the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 3:00 p.m., November 15, 2001. All Offerors must comply with Section 3 Requirements. Offerors not in the St. Louis area, may call 314-286-4234, during normal business hous (8:00 am -- 5:00 pm) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents.
