Description

This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition is A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This requirement is for mechanical maintenance and related services in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation for two federal buildings located in Jackson and Dyersburg, Tennessee. This notice will result in the award of one contract for a total of nine years -- one 36 month base year and two 36 month option years. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 235950. Requests for proposalS shall be made via fax, e-mail or telephone at the following numbers: fax: 404-730-9722, phone: 404-331-1839 or e-mail: "debra.keeling@gsa.gov". Only paper copies of the solicitation will be available. The number of solicitation sets will be limited to one (1) per firm. Solicitation packages will be made available on or about 28 October 2001.
