- Description
- Binary coded wire for use in a system developed by Northwest Marine Technology, Inc., Shaw Island, WA, used by the US Fish & Wildlife Service to tag and monitor lake trout fingerlings approximately 3" long raised in hatcheries. The thin wire micro-coded tags with a binary number are applied by insertion into the snout of the fish while fingerlings and used to monitor growth.
