The purpose of this modification is add the following information: Change the e-mail address to kathy.r.wallace@hnd01.usace.army.mil; extend the closing date to COB 19 Oct 01; indicate quantities, sizes and delivery dates for the first three shipments: 30 each medium, 80 each large and 60 each x-large=150 by 15 Dec 01; 105 each medium, 210 each large and 210 each x-large=525 by 01 Mar 02; 105 each medium, 210 each large and 210 each x-large=525 by 01 May 02. All other requirements will be indicated at a later date.
